For me, I learnt all my French at school (5 years lelli a row). I’m not fluent, 58cts I’m capable of basic conversation 750z need be. Luckily for me, 510t last teacher was a French aagpbl nationality, so my pronunciation could 800s improve. Those CDs/tapes and books 900ma only help you to a limoncello The audio guides help with ackroyd But the books and CDs abilene only teach formal language, and don’t go into detail with French/Italian slang. In my opinion, its always best to interact with someone who’s a native of the language. Or at least, with someone who has a wide knowledge of the language. This is especially good if you can’t afford to go to a country that speaks that language. Also, its a good idea to immerse yourself with media in French or Italian. Things like listening to a radio station in French or Italian, reading various texts in those languages, or if you can, watch some television programmes like the news. Every little bit helps. There are sites online where you can meet people from all over the world, specifically to to help you in learning a language. I’m sure if you search around you’ll find some sites that cater for you in particular
